Operations Director

  1.  Thai nationality 
  2.  At least 10 years of experience in retail management or managing store operations at managerial level.
  3. Excellent knowledge/ experience in food / retail business.
  4. Set operational goals and objectives and develop a 3 year strategic business plan and implement action plan accordingly.
  5. Utilize the information resources available to identify Brand Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT analysis) to develop strategic business plan and deliver business objectives.
  6. Accountable for delivering the short term and long term sales and profit results through people development and improved restaurants operations.
  7. Set sales target and ensure that sales target are met.
  8. Analyze report on sales and profit weekly to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
  9. Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plan to close the sales gaps.
  10. Monitor the COGs and store expenses so that it does not exceed the specified target.
  11. Ensure that people practices are followed within the Brand market (e.g., quality hiring, management targeted selection, shift certification, HR policies, labor laws, security and safety procedures.)
  12. Consistently demonstrate Brand values and leadership behavior to build positive business relationships with Operations Support Team, suppliers and key customers.

Marketing Communication Manager                       

  1. Master in Marketing or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years experiences in directing and leading sales and marketing team of international companies, as well  Marketing communication.

  9. Identify stores with low sales volume and develop promotion campaign/activities to assist stores in achieving positive results.

Learning & Development Manager

  1.  Master Degree in any field preferable in HRD or Education.
  2.  At least 10 Years in HRM with 5 years in training and development function.
  3. English communication skill, spoken & written.
